A Quality part

Eight Once Supply did an excellent job fulfilling my order. The Baratza chassis supplied was exactly as described. Communication from Eight Once Supply was accurate and timely. The package was shipped from Calgary to my residence in S.W. Ontario, via UPS. The performance of this carrier was far and away substandard. The time to ship via ground service required more than the advertised standard and communication was misguided and inaccurate. These issues are outside the control of Eight Once Supply and my criticism of UPS service only applies to the package carrier.
