  • Get better espresso extractions with the BaristaPro Precision 58mm double portafilter basket. Precisely cut baskets with 661 evenly spaced holes that create homogenous flow through the basket, making it easier for you to pull delicious espresso shots.

    This 15g basket has a 22mm height to accommodate portafilters with shallower depth or if you like to pull traditional Italian double espresso shots using around 14g of coffee. Finished with an electro-polished nano-quartz coating that eliminates any flavour being imparted by the metal and increases the basket's resistance to discolouration and corrosion.

    Fits most standard commercial style espresso machine portafilters.

Absolute best basket on the market, and just the perfect size.

Sure the classic double is usually "18g" but honnestly if you're into precision and calculating ratios with a precise Acai scale or just using ur brain for the math, it is far easier to do it with numbers such as (10-15-20g) and I feel like that mostly 15g is a just perfect amount so ur not over-boosted from caffeine and you don't have too little quantity in ur cup like with a single 10g. Both my favs are the 15-20g versions and I feel like the 15g is clearly better for evening while I use my 20g when waking up.

The Nanotech is like magic, it cleans sooo much better but be aware, the rainbowish color will fade out very quickly even without using any soap or backflush powder. However it doesn't seem to impact performance. You'll need also to grind a bit finer than ur stock basket but it's gonna improve ur espresso. It is also easier to level/tamp than rounded basket that aren't in a straight "U" shape. Seriously, it's prolly the best upgrade you can do for cheap to ur machine so don't cheap out on this. I use it on my R58.
