Good mirror

Good mirror, just the right size. The light is a nice feature. However, be aware that if you don’t have a Flair, the swivel is not tight enough and doesn’t stay in place unless the mirror properly is wedged.

No more looking up at the basket

This is something I would recommend to anyone using a lever machine and want to be able to see your bottomless portafilter shot, for semi auto users this may not be as important since you can get underneath and look if you need to. I tried to find some alternatives to this but ended up just adding this to my cart since I saw some good reviews on it and the price was quite comparable to the various alternatives out there. It isn't perfect so I cannot give it a full 5 star rating. My main issues with the mirror is the light feature doesn't really do much in my opinion. I have heard that this is possibly a rebranded cosmetic mirror, so perhaps this function was just part of the mirror but does not provide any function for viewing espresso shots.

I also find the mirror itself is not extremely clear, this is likely due to the magnification for 3X, sometimes it looks distorted but it does provide you enough detail to diagnose your shot.

I would still buy this again based on the price and convenience it provides. I have used this on flair 58 and also a semi auto machine.
