If you are used to making a pot of coffee even when you want just a cup, then this great little brewer may well be your saviour. Arguably the most popular manual brew method over the past decade, the Hario V60-02 is a newer twist on the classic Melitta cones. There are as many opinions on brew method as there are baristas but, once you have found your favourite, this is one of cheapest and most effective ways to make great coffee at home.
This method, paired with the appropriate filters, is ideal for making single cups of coffee directly into the mug - you can make up to 16oz in one brew - and ensures that you only make the coffee that you need. It's simple to use, easy to clean and, as long as you have good coffee, may make you put your coffee machine away for good.
This Hario V60 is ceramic (prettier and better at retaining heat), but it is also available in clear plastic (BPA-free and shatter resistant), heatproof glass or in metal with a variety of finishes. Whichever you choose, your days of old, microwaved coffee could be over.

This is my first v60. Very nice ceramic piece. Looks great and works really well. I like having a plastic free option. Still experimenting with the ways of the v60 but that is part of the fun. Can also use the included Hario recipe and get a great cup of coffee without much fuss.
Fast delivery and great service from Eight Ounce as usual.
This dropper is sturdy while still being lightweight and taking up the same amount of space as any other v60 dripper. Because this is ceramic it takes more energy to heat up than the metal or plastic models. I’ve found placing it on top of a kettle while it boils will get it almost to temp while still keeping the handle cool enough to touch. Rinsing the paper filter on it brings it up to temp fully to maintain the thermal mass.
Very excited about this - the aesthetic is great, with the same function as the plastic. Just don't travel with it.
Better than Keurig
A perfect sturdy dripped to make some lovely coffee!
This is my first dripper and I haven’t been disappointed yet. I didn’t want a plastic dripper so I opted for this one. It’s simple, well-designed, and looks cool dripping coffee into our glass coffee server. Would recommend!
Durable, looks good and is easy to clean! I put this on top of my normal mug and makes a nice and clean cup of pour over :)
