Tasting Notes: Smooth fruity base with a notably sweet finish

This Brazilian coffee from Fazenda Pico Mirante, cultivated by Adolfo Henrique Vieira Ferreira, features a smooth fruity base and a sweet finish, complementing the coffee's overall profile. Situated at the highest point of 'Lookout,' the farm combines traditional Alfenas coffee practices with modern production methods, resulting in a Yellow Bourbon Natural lot that embodies the classic richness and sweetness of Brazilian coffee. Adolfo's commitment to quality is evident in the production process, incorporating African bed drying techniques and continuous exploration of new methods to achieve excellence, creating a cup that harmonizes heritage with progressive cultivation. Compatible with the Morning Machine (as are all Nespresso® OriginalLine® compatible capsules)

Fantastic coffee, not too strong, yet filled with flavour.

Delicious

This is a HUGE step up from nesspreso capsules. the quality is first rate and i don't see the problems the other reviewer has with flow rate etc. This is a top notch coffee roaster from Europe and the coffee is delicious each and every time. Kudos to Colonna for making these capsules.

They taste good - certainly at least a couple steps above the first-party Nespresso capsules - and are well priced for the quality. However, my issue with these capsules is that the coffee just sort of dribbles out of the nozzle of the Nespresso machine, like there is some kind of flow problem due to the design/construction of the capsule. The yield is affected by this, which makes it hard to get the consistent 25 millilitre volume regardless of machine calibration. Sometimes, if very little comes out, I just press the button again to get a drinkable amount of coffee, even if it is not technically the correct amount.
