That's where this carafe from Japan's KINTO comes in, the organic form of the glass makes for a beautiful server whether you've just brewed a delicious locally roasted pourover coffee or you've mixed up a batch of sangria.

    Markings on the carafe indicate 2 and 4 cups of dripped coffee.

  • Use for brewing coffee and drink service, from the kitchen to the table.

    Maximum temperature differential: 120℃ / 248℉. Microwave and dishwasher safe. Use only for its intended purposes. Do not overheat in the microwave or heat without water. Do not use on a direct fire.Wash with care. Do not use abrasive cleansers or steel wool. Sudden temperature change may break or shatter the product. While the glass is hot, do not pour cold liquids into it and do not place it on a wet cloth or a wet surface. Product size and shape varies in each item due to manufacturing process.

Nice coffee carafe

Great looking carafe. I much prefer the looks of this round carafe to Kinto's other Slow Coffee Style sharp-cornered carafe.
The top is fairly wide and easily accommodates an Aeropress. Sometimes when I swirl the Aeropress to agitate my grounds, it slips a little inside the carafe's top but it's never in danger of actually falling into the carafe.
The wide mouth and stubby round shape makes it quick and easy to hand wash.

Great decanting glass.

Great glass, nice looking, very light. able to brew the Hario, Kalita and Aeropress easily into the cup. I can not brew the Funnex into it, the mouth is slightly too large.

Either then that great piece for the collection.
