This coffee is produced in Gedeb in Gedeo zone in the Southern Region. This area is located between 1,700 and 2,220 MASL with their coffee growing in rich, nutrient-dense volcanic soil. There are six different villages surrounding this site that contribute their coffees here.
This coffee comes to us through a man named Ashanafi Argaw. Ashanafi has silently been behind some of the world's most famous Ethiopian coffees. He has now branched out on his own using his experience and expertise sourcing and processing coffees in Ethiopia. Ashanafi is producing some incredible flavour profiles unlike anything we’ve ever tasted!
