Tropical, bright, and intensely sweet, this natural is a wild one! The fruit notes remind us of fresh mango and blueberries, while the soft sweetness is reminiscent of a lychee. Not your typical “funky” natural, this one has a crystal clear acidity and fruit juice mouthfeel.

We purchased this coffee from Apex Coffee Imports, and it originally comes from the Danche mill in Chelbesa. The mill is owned by Negusse Weldyes, who has been paying top prices to work with the best farmers in the area. He also has a unique position as a mill owner and an exporter, which gives him access to feedback from customers most producers don’t have.

This is really good, I really love the fruity notes. Can't go wrong with a Natural Ethiopian, amazing beans - it's delicious :)

Great Natural Ethiopian

I've seen Rooftop around for years but never had any of their beans because the bags always looked a little too plain (I know, never judge a book by it's cover). However, the new bags drew me in and I was very impressed by what was inside. It's hard to go wrong with a natural Ethiopian and these are a great example of how strawberry-ey they can be. So juicy!
