Rosso Tipping Point
  • Description
  • Specs
  • Chocolatey, nutty and smooth. This coffee sees a little more development in the roaster to minimize the acidity, it hones in on the body to act like a warm hug. Currently 50% of Tipping Point comes from ASOTBILBAO and is a classic washed Colombian and 50% Santa Lucia natural Yellow Catuai from Brazil.

Our current offering for Tipping Point is a blend of two coffees. We've profiled these two coffees separately and blended them post-roast. Our intention is to match density and bean sizing so they extract at even rates, bringing you the most flavour clarity in your cup of coffee.

Perfect blend

I'm normally a single-origin drinker, going for high acidity and fruitiness. However, I love the way this blend brings me a little of what I love mixed with chocolatey notes. It's like eating chocolate-dipped fruit and who could say no to that?

Great flavour, not fruity or acidic, we will definitely order again.

Pleasantly surprised

Really nice cup of coffee. I used French press and drip methods. All who drank the coffee commented on its high quality.

Great cup of coffee

This was the first bag of coffee I ever bought and I love it! I can't attest to the tasting notes but it is a great beginner friendly coffee. Will definitely be buying again!

Good, but hard to dialed in

The smell of the coffee when you open the bag is out of this world, but seems to be pretty hard to get it dialed in for espresso.
Anyway, will keep trying and playing around with their recipe. Tons of crema though!
