Holiday purchases placed from November 1st to December 6th, 2018 will be eligible for return until January 6th, 2019. Otherwise, our standard 30-day return policy is in effect.
Any item you're not completely satisfied with can be returned up to 30 days after you receive it. The cost of item, minus initial shipping costs will be refunded. We'd like to say "no questions asked", but we'll probably ask out of curiosity and so we can continually improve our product lines!
Any faulty item can be returned within the manufacturer's warranty period. Just give us a call or send us an email and as soon as we verify the defect, we can issue a return label. And don't worry, we'll also refund the initial cost of shipping, if applicable.
For any returns, please contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know. We will give you a return code and instructions on what to do next. We ask that you package your return items well so that they are not damaged during the journey. We cannot refund items which were not packaged well enough to survive the trip.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to verify any damage and will refund the amount to your credit card or PayPal account.
