Warranties, Returns and Exchanges


For any and all returns/exchanges, please contact us at hello@eightouncecoffee.ca prior to shipping anything back to us. We can't guarantee you'll be eligible for a refund if you ship something to us without a prior contact, and should you be inelegible for a refund, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to you.

We work pretty hard to make sure that you'll love everything you buy from us, but should you end up with something you're not 100% happy with, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return it for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping. We'd like to say "no questions asked", but we'll probably ask out of curiosity and so that we can continually improve our product lines! In these situations, we appreciate you sending back as much of the original packaging as possible. We also ask that you package the item(s) as carefully as possible, as we can't provide refunds for items that don't arrive intact and undamaged.

Holiday purchases placed after November 1, 2018 will be eligible for return until January 6, 2019. 


All of our products come with at least a one-year warranty against factory defect. Should a product you've purchased from us or one of our authorised resellers stop working properly due to a defect, please let us know as soon as possible. We'll likely need to see a photo/video of the defect, as well as an original proof of purchase. Once we've verified the defect and the purchase date, we can work on a solution to suit your individual situation. 


We don't do straight across exchanges, but if you change your mind or realize that you've ordered the wrong product after it's shipped, we'll happily accept a return (see first section, above). From this point, you're free to place a new order for the desired product either immediately, or once you receive your refund - it's up to you!
