Great

Great weekday coffee

Great medium light blend, with lots of fruity flavors

I really like 49th's light roasts, and this blend carries the clean and fruity profile without excessive tartness of their lighter coffees. Sweet and refreshing, one of my favorites to start a day with.

Good coffee, but curdled my soy milk

I enjoyed this coffee, but discovered that it is quite acidic because it curdled my soy milk every time.
I stopped using the soy milk and it was fine.
Regular milk did not curdle, but I learned soy milk is more prone to curdling.

Curiouser and curiouser!

Prepared it following the recommendation: 20g at 16:1, Fellow Ode grinder setting 3.1, water 200C, pour over with 30sec bloom, 2:45 overall time. It is really unique with a pronounced raisin-like sweetness and tart acidity, a very enjoyable cup of medium-light roast! I also prepared it at 12:1 ratio but didn't enjoy it nearly as much, the sweetness gets muddled. Fun coffee, brought a smile to my face :)

I could actually taste the notes

I ordered a couple of bags of coffee and brewed this one first. I immediately picked up the apple notes, and it’s the first time I’ve ever been able to pick up a note in a coffee. This is a really nice full bodied and mellow cup of joe. Will definitely but it again.
