    • Use with Cafiza® or similar cleaning product
    • Espresso Machine must have a 3-Way Solenoid Valve
    • Made in Italy

  • Always follow manufacturer's cleaning and disassembly instructions. All mix ratios may be modified if a stronger solution is desired.

    Backflush (each group head):

    1. Insert blank filter in portafilter and add up to 1/2 teaspoon (3 g) of Cafiza® Powder. Insert portafilter into group head.
    2. Activate brew cycle for 10 seconds. Stop 10 seconds. Repeat 5 times.
    3. Remove portafilter. Activate brew cycle and rinse portafilter in stream of water from group head. Stop cycle.
    4. Insert portafilter into group head. Repeat step (2) without Cafiza® Powder 5 times.
    5. Make and discard a cup of espresso to ensure no residue remains.

Does it exactly what is supposed to do. No-fuss product and basically essential if you have a machine that is capable of backflushing. Make sure you pick up some appropriate cleaner.

Works for my Gaggia Classic Pro and does what it says. It's something you should definitely add to your order if you have a 58mm portafilter.
