WILD is all about fruity

The product description hits the nail on the head. When opening the bag the tart fruit aroma reaches out to say 'hello there'. Trying to rotate what I brew so I don't drink it all too fast.

Brewed with 95C water, 15:1 ratio and ground on a Timemore C2 MAX (26 clicks).

Thank you David Kim!!

Still like Kiyalo a little more for espresso, but this was great. David Kim is doing some great things and this is one of my favourite coffees of the year for sure.

Very tasty

No complaints. I don't feel I'm discerning enough to pick up any of the tasting notes, specifically, but it was very good nonetheless.
