This Geisha variety is processed using an anaerobic semi-washed method, enhancing its unique depth of flavour. Grown at 1890 metres above sea level, the coffee offers exceptional aromatic complexity. The sensory profile is a vibrant mix of lime freshness, yellow plum sweetness, and the delicacy of white melon. Wilder, alongside his family, has turned their farm into a specialty coffee benchmark, honouring the legacy of Don Segundo and creating a coffee rich in flavour and exquisite aromas
