With a flowery aroma, medium body, and an enchanting fusion of raspberry and blackcurrant flavors, this coffee offers a versatile and delightful experience. Originally native to Kenya, SL-28 was selected by Scott Laboratories in the 1930s for its suitability for widespread cultivation, particularly in high-altitude regions like El Salvador. Known for its intense blackcurrant character, this lot of SL-28 was naturally processed, with the coffee beans dried in full cherry on raised beds for three weeks, further enhancing its distinctive attributes.
