Jindo Coffee - Lunar Jam

Basha Bekele recently won first place in the Cup of Excellence for two natural processed 74158 variety coffee lots, selling his top lot for 990 USD/kg and another for 700 USD/kg. Crop to Cup, his importer, supported him by providing a hand pulper and collaborating on post-harvest processes. Basha grows primarily 74158 variety coffee on 12 hectares of semi-forested land and operates collection sites, sourcing cherries from producers at altitudes up to 2300 masl. He follows dry processing methods, including experimental anaerobic fermentation, and provided a second payment to the 126 producers he bought cherry from after selling the coffee.
