Amazing how quick you can grind coffee with this grinder, and the amount you can adjust the grind is incredible. You’ll definitely find the grind you need for your espresso. Solidly built and feels like it will last a very long time.

The K4 is a really solid, well built unit. In the 50-60 click range it is surprisingly fast. When I tried it at the 15 click setting for Turkish grind it was considerably slower but I compensated by using a small hand drill on a slow setting. I bought it specifically for espresso and Turkish grinds and it preforms very well in these ranges. Really a bargain for the quality and performance it delivers

The KinGrinder K4 accompanies my Cafelat Robot manual espresso lever. For fresh medium-light (somewhat hard) and medium-dark roast beans, I find 63 clicks gives me a consistently good pull with a 13g dose. (The number of clicks is proportional to grind coarseness.) I comfortably (at an even speed) grind that dose in 50-60 seconds. For other doses, I have tried between 50 to 70 clicks. The K4 output is clearly more than fine enough for excellent extraction, and the high number of clicks allows precise dial-in between sour and bitter. The numbered markings on the outside make verifying or changing the grind convenient. The magnetized handle goes on and off easily and has not come off while grinding.

I like to spend time with the product before reviewing. I will say it was packaged nicely. Now on to performance. Grinding 18 grams of espresso was effortlessly and was done in a short time as well. It grinds more then fine enough to chock out an espresso machine. Dialing in is easy with the k4 and its top adjustment dial. Its a good solid weight and feels premium. I am more then happy to recommend this product to anyone

Got this for not only my espresso machine but for pour over and French Press. I am very pleased with the results. The fine grind settings of 16micron stepped adjustments lets me dial in my espresso to my satisfaction. The adjustments for my pour over and French Press are equally as good (for me at least). It definitely takes more effort than an electric grinder but that is part of the charm of making coffee in my opinion.

Make sure to find usage instructions online - the included instructions are quite bare-bones

Solid build. Great for espresso, ability to adjust grind setting externally is a great convenience. Pricey but good quality.
