Kimberley Ramos is a coffee producer from Gaitana in the Tolima region.
Her farm is called Finca El Diamante and it is 2.5 hectares and is at 1700m above sea level. There is diverse dense hardwood that creates shade, she is a female farmer, an indigenous producer, and it is a non-certified organic farm.
Varietals: Typica, Caturra, Colombia F4, Bourbon
Process: Washed, 24-120 hour semi-submerged fermentation
