You can check out a little of what they're working on over at the about page on their websiteAll of these delightful coffees come in 250g bags.

  • LÜNA's notes:

With berry brightness, and a soft raspberry sweetness, this washed lot is mainly a strain of Catimor called IHcafe90, expertly grown and processed by Astrid Guzman at her farm La Primavera. She participates in the Cabañas drying project in Marcala, Honduras.
  • LÜNA's notes:

Irreverent, with bright lime and rootbeer flavour, this Parainema cultivar is a mashup of Hybrid Timor and Villa Sarchi. Grevil Sabillon grows and processes his coffee tucked into the mountains in Las Flores, Santa Bárbara, Honduras.
  • LÜNA's notes:

Concord grape vibrancy and deep sweetness, along with violet florals and soft herbal quality, this washed lot is mainly a local variety called Dega, grown by smallholder growers who deliver to Raro washing station, located in Uraga, Guji, Ethiopia.
  • LÜNA's notes:

Buttery & bright, segueing to peach blossom & honey, these delicate local landrace varieties are grown by smallholders in the Nano Challa Cooperative, located in the forests of Gera, near Agaro, Ethiopia.
