COF-LN-0008This lot was cultivated by smallholder producers on garden plots in Chelchele, Ethiopia and delivered to Habtamu Fikadu's washing station to be processed. The seeds underwent traditional washed fermentation, submerged in water for 72 hours, rinsed and followed by an additional 12hr soak, before being dried on raised beds.
