Initially focused on fertilizer production, the Ucros brothers ventured into specialty coffee cultivation around five years ago, planting various coffee varietals, including this Tabi. The cherries undergo a traditional washed process, resulting in a vibrant cup with notes of starfruit, lime, and kiwi, complemented by a juicy mouthfeel
