This coffee is produced by many small holder farmers who are members of the OCCICAFE cooperative from San Vicente, which is located just 10 km away from La Plata, Huila, sitting between 1500 - 1950 MASL. The members of this cooperative have been working together to improve the quality of their coffee since 2015, and for the last 3 years they have been under the guidance of the Cofinet to make further improvements, including some new processing methods. This regional blend is super approachable with classic flavours of chocolate and brown sugar with some juicy orange citrus notes.
