The Hartman family, consisting of four brothers, a sister, their spouses, and children, works together to maintain their farm and focus on their individual strengths. They grow mainly Caturra at 1300m, carefully managing planting, harvesting, and processing to ensure quality, including precise depulping, fermentation, and drying methods for washed and natural coffees. The washed coffee delivers rich, creamy notes with complex citrus flavors, while the natural coffee is fruity, juicy, and exceptionally clean, avoiding the off-flavors common in other naturals.
