As filter, expect an ultra-smooth cup with hints of sweet dark chocolate with a citrus kick reminiscent of Jaffa Cakes and Terrys Chocolate Orange. You can almost feel the texture of sponge cake! This clean and sweet cup has quickly become one of our comfort coffees. Jaffa Cake is a washed caturra varietal was produced by Carmelo in the Tarrazu coffee regions of Costa Rica. Costa Rica has earned a global reputation for producing some of the world's best coffee, for good reason. The country has 8 main coffee growing regions, of which Tarrazu is the most well known.
