The first gesha we had from Cup of Excellence 2019 winner José Argüello was such a hit that we just had to bring in another one as soon as possible!
This honey processed coffee is very rich and complex, yet it'll feel different than most other gesha you might have had in the past; if you've never had one, this is a great one to start with.
It's slightly nutty and chocolaty, which is a classic profile in a lot of Mexican coffees, but the bright red grape acidity and sponge candy sweetness gives this coffee great depth. Let the coffee cool a bit and you might discover oolong tea and pineapple notes, as well as a fruity gin finish.
