This Congolese coffee is one of the most unique offerings on our menu! This coffee performs best as pour over where all its’ complexity can shine. With a delightfully weird cola-root beer herbal note, a tart cherry sweetness, and a refreshing orangeade finish, this coffee is a trip from start to finish. Grown south of Lake Kivu, this coffee reminds us a lot of our favourite Bourbon lots from Burundi, mixed with the wild acidities of a washed Kenya.
