Rooftop - Uchumachi: Honey, Bolivia (340g)

This lot comes from the Sol de La Mañana program, from smallholders in the community of Uchumachi, Caranavi. This honey Caturra has a soft acidity that reminds us of melon and a dense sweetness, like dried apple, all tied together by a vanilla aroma. The coffee is delicious, and the Rooftop team says they are humbled to roast the products of this family fiercely determined to the sustainability and longevity of Bolivia’s coffee industry.
