Hamasho is an Ethiopian Landrace coffee grown at 2,300 masl in Bensa, Sidama, and traditionally honey-processed by Daye Bensa. This lot features a unique process with hand-picking, floating, de-pulping, and drying on raised beds for 10-14 days with mucilage intact. The cup profile showcases sweet melon, tropical fruits, and complex floral notes, reflecting the high altitude and careful processing.
