TASTING NOTES: Merlot, Dried Cherries, Amber Honey
We have been extremely lucky to get our hands on this beautiful red-honey processed coffee from Las Lajas Micromill. Oscar and Francisca Chacon of Las Lajas Micromill are third-generation coffee producers who are committed to quality and innovation, and are probably best known for being among the first to produce honey coffees in Costa Rica. In the cup, you will find notes of Merlot, dried cherries, amber honey. The fruit forwardness of this coffee is unmistakable, and we hope you can appreciate this flavorful, yet clean coffee!
