About the coffee
Assis and Flavio Silva came together with a vision to found their first coffee farm, dedicated 100% to specialty production. After a scientific search for the ideal terroir-led by Marcel, a graduated of a technical school of agriculture - they settled on 229 hectares at 1200 masl in Campos Altos, Cerrado Minerio.
Representing a new generation of coffee producers in a country widely dominated by commodity, their work is an exciting development in the pursuit of reimagining Brazilian coffee, fetching higher prices and achieving higher quality while maintaining Brazilian terroir.
