Comprised of approx 100 small producers in Tapachula, Chiapas, which is on the south western coast touching Guatemala. Altitude ranging from 1200 - 1800 MASL and made up of Bourbon, Caturra, Maragogype and Typica varieties. This coffee is rich and complex with notes of yellow fruit and caramel.
