Born from a roastery and brewery collaboration in Vancouver, FUNK Coffee brings an experimental spirit to specialty coffee. Inspired by fermentation, flavour, and curiosity, they focus on vibrant terroirs and unconventional processing methods that challenge expectations. Each coffee is roasted light to highlight its unique character and packaged in oxygen-scavenging, fully recyclable cans, a nod to their brewery roots and commitment to freshness.
