We ship all orders from our 30,000 sq ft warehouse in Calgary, Canada, where our in-house team works closely across departments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality packaging. We don’t use third-party logistics (3PL) companies because we believe in delivering the best possible experience when shipping your sweet coffee gear.
For orders within Canada under $75, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies. For orders shipping to the U.S. under $100, we charge a flat rate of $12.

We offer a 90-day warranty* on all coffee equipment repairs in Calgary, giving you peace of mind. With a well-stocked inventory of parts, we’re able to provide quick turnaround times to get you back up and running. If we don’t have a part, we can order it with a slightly extended turnaround time.
***The 90 day warranty is subject to correct water conditions and does not cover user neglect/mistreatment***
Before any work is performed, we’ll supply you with a quote for approval, unless you’ve pre-authorized a specific amount for the repair – no surprises!
