Smooth yet flavourful

Really is amazing. Has some great flavours; he pistachio is most noticeable to me Yet, it has the smoothness and easy drinking you would expect of washed Colombian beans. Personally I find many washed coffees lack the complex flavour I prefer, but this and Diego Bermudez' other beans are always very interesting.
