Customers praised this Ethiopian natural coffee as "fruity, sweet, and expressive" with a "jammy aftertaste." Many noted flavors of dates, cherries, and fruitcake. One reviewer found it less berry-forward than typical Ethiopians, describing it as "more fruitcake than fruit" but still tasty and rich—ideal for classic coffee lovers seeking something wilder.

A great full body ripe fruit flavor that does well iced but preferred as a hot pour over. Would definitely get again!

Another nice one from DAK

Nice natural Ethiopian! It says 'filter' and for my grinder it wasn't roasted enough to grind for espresso, so that is accurate. Lovely fruit flavors.

Not a fruit bomb but a fruitcake

This is a bit of an odd Ethiopian natural. It's sweet and rich with the flavor and feel of good, sticky dates. But the blueberry or assorted red berry notes characteristic of naturally processed Ethiopians are absent. It's more fruitcake than fruit. Don't get me wrong: I like it. It's tasty. It would be a really great option for people who love the "classic" coffee profile but are looking for something a little richer and maybe a little wilder.

Perfect Example of an Ethiopian Natural

This is such an excellent coffee - fruity, sweet, and expressive. It generates a few fines so you might need to grind a bit courser, but it’s still easy enough to get right. And the summer box is such a plus.

Super jammy

Delicious, jammy coffee from the inimitable DAK roasters. We brewed ours in a Chemex, and it turned out great.

Rich but natural sweetness.

Has a really nice jammy aftertaste without being too overpowering. Dates and cherries are always a win for me. Really good
