Highly-rated anaerobic espresso praised for being "easy to dial in" with complex flavor notes. Customers described "ripe tropical fruits" with "cocoa nibs" and "chocolate-covered raspberry" taste. Works well as espresso, pour over, and with milk. Many noted the "balanced taste" and "great value for price." Universally positive feedback.

Funky coffee

Very funky - the ripe tropical fruits really come through with cocoa nibs as an aftertaste. Great if you're a fan of the anaerobic flavour profile!

Yum!

Prominent and delicious cocoa nib notes, with a delicate yet juicy undertone. I primarily drink milk drinks, and this one tastes like a something like a chocolate-covered raspberry. On the lighter side but easy enough to dial in with my Profitec GO + Eureka Mignon Zero. Highly recommend

One of my favorites

Love having this on the home menu.
Great flavor. If you eat something sweet prior to drinking this it'll be more cacao flavor dominate vs salty which in turn make it more juicy.

My recipe:
Df54 grinder setting at 9.5
1:3 ratio at 18g dose.

AMAZING ESPRESSO!

This is one of the best espresso i've had! There's a hint of earl grey once it's properly dialed in. 100% recommend.

Fruitful Flavour bomb

Another unreal coffee by Dak! You can never go wrong picking up a bag of DAk, the alchemist lives up to everything mentioned in the tasting notes a fragrant frutiy aroma ,sugary mango flavour with a fine mild finish. An incredibly easy roast to dial in and taste the notes right away, even in milk based drinks.

I use a breville barista express and the first gen Niche Zero; I am sure with a better machine the flavour profile will only improve.
