Notes don't match up

Im getting more of very dark cacao + anise/spices rather than the notes listed on the bag. Using a kafatek and LM. Strongly dislike this for a flat white/latte.

Espresso and V60 brew

as an espresso, juicy and fruit forward, low acidity, as a v60 with 16 grams in and 250 ml out, very tasty everyday brew, will buy again
