Well-balanced medium roast espresso with chocolate, nutty, and dark cherry notes. Customers praised it as "easy to dial in" and excellent value, enjoying it in lattes, pour-overs, and straight espresso. Some found it darker than expected, with occasional apple notes cutting through unexpectedly.

milk espresso

Manhattan’s City Limits is a little darker and cozier than I expected, but the black cherry, dark chocolate, and brown sugar thing still makes it a solid milk-drink espresso.

Great!

Very nice, chocolate type flavour. Was fairly easy to dial in. Will try more Manhattan in future for sure.

Great coffee for the price

I like this coffee and it's one of my go-tos for pour over despite being an espresso roast. It usually ends in a delicious cup. I brew this with V60, or Pulsar and usually turns out to be be great. When I say great, of course great for the money, frankly I enjoy this coffee just as much as coffees that are 3x more expensive than this.

Apple cuts through

Brewed it in our Ratio Filter. Enjoyable but found the apple cut through a little punchier than expected. Big Manhattan fan, and this is another fine release.

Nice and balanced

This coffee mixes pretty well with milk and also tastes great on its own. It was also super easy to dial in.

Classy City Limits

Love this medium roasted Manhattan espresso which has enough complexity to wake up your morning and taste buds with a gourmet smile. Rich, nutty and dusted with cocoa it’s a real treat for the educated barista palate.

Tasty coffee

I wanted to try this roaster from the Netherlands and Eight Ounce Coffee offered it. When I received it, the roast date was just less than two weeks which it is the optimal peak. Overall, the taste is balanced and great for espresso even for latte. I recommend this roaster and of course Eight Ounce Coffee!
