This specific selection underwent a precise 42–46 hour fermentation before being dried on parabolic beds for 12 days. The result is a refined and vibrant cup that captures the "Sweet Blossom" profile: a delicate honey sweetness anchored by the lush character of stone fruit and a bright, citrusy lift of blood orange.
