Tasting Notes: Fig, Cherry, Candied Pecan

Fig Mood starts to introduce more fruit into the espresso. Its hallmark is its fig-like sweetness, but the coffee brings in juicy cherry liveliness and it's rounded out with candied pecan - bringing balance, sweetness and stone fruits. It's designed for those that want to delve further into the fruity espresso territory but still enjoying grounding notes of chocolate, candied pecans and cola.

I’m big fan of fig fruit.

I placed an order mostly for this coffee.
I love the fig fruit and I had to try this coffee when I saw that in the notes.
If you are not familiar with the fig you may not be able to identify it. You will definitely taste the cherry and pecan as it gets cooler.

Average specialty espresso

It was smooth but tasting notes very subtle and average for specialty espresso. *Also says from Honduras but ended up Tarrazu, Costa Rica (same tasting notes/ different farm) when arrived (Moreno farm in Honduras is usually great).
