Marshmallow…wow!

When I read marshmallow I was very sceptical. That’s a hard profile to hit. To my surprise and enjoyment it was a delight. A V60, a coarser grind and I was enjoying a cherished desert with a twist. What a delight.

Hario Syphon - Dark, roasted fragrance

I usually enjoy this coffee during busy afternoons when I need a coffee break. It has a very comforting dark, roasted fragrance that's ends off sweet and clean. It is very smooth. I haven't tried it with drip but I quite like it with the syphon.

When you get used to a certain type of coffee, flavor, roast, and brewing I use a chemex it’s hard to wrap your head around another flavor.
The beans I bought weren’t my cup of tea( so to speak). Maybe next time.

It's a tasty coffee. Worked well with my Chemex. Not my favourite, as I tend to prefer oily dark roasted beans, but that's just a personal preference. Worth a try!
