Rooftop - Cumbres de Nariño Decaf
COF-RT-0086This single-origin decaf coffee comes from the high-altitude region of Buesaco, Nariño, Colombia. Produced by local smallholder farmers, it is a blend of the Castillo, Colombia, and Caturra varieties grown at 1,900 meters. The beans are decaffeinated using the natural Ethyl Acetate (EA) "Sugarcane" process, which preserves the coffee's original flavor integrity while removing caffeine. The result is a smooth, dessert-leaning cup with rich notes of milk chocolate and sticky toffee, brightened by a delicate touch of orange zest.
