Great for milk drinks. Iced pourover with outmilk has been excellent. Roast is pretty dark for black filter.

Brewed this as filter and it has been great through the bag, with a wide window to dial it in.

Did not get the same tasting notes but overall was very balanced and would order again as a consistently good cup.

Nothing intricate, but quite good.

Pretty typical medium roast vibes. Pretty classic tasting but with a touch more acidity than average and a very nice, lingering sweetness on the back. This is the type of coffee I want to drink while camping.
