Pleasantly fruity, wine-y coffee

Pleasantly fruity, wine-y and complex

This was my first time buying any beans from Sorellina, and what a great first impression this coffee was.
Immediately complex and fruity on the nose, the palate was even more interesting. Their tasting notes include Amarone wine, and this definitely leans that direction alongside pleasantly fruity red fruit and slightly tropical notes.

I brewed my first cup in an Aeropress using James Hoffman's 'Ultimate' Aeropress recipe, and I'm excited to try other recipes and as a pour-over to see what else I can reveal.
