Hachi, Finca Nogales, and Campos Hermoso produced the coffees for this blend. Blending these unique caturra and bourbon aji lots creates an intensely floral, candy-like cup with sweet notes of jasmine, jolly rancher, and marshmallow.

Well Done

By far the most floral cup I've tried. Light body, sweet, clean and very pronounced jasmine note. A must try if you like sweet, tea like coffee. First time trying this roaster and I'm really impressed.

Another great Sorellina offering.
Starts with a sweet smell of perfume when hot and as it cools it gets more chocolatey notes. Sorellina is truly one of the best roasters in Canada for breadth of offering and value for money.

As advertised - a lot of Jasmine

It's up front and doesn't hide the jasmine aroma or flavour followed by a good amount of sweetness - easy to tell why Jolly Rancher and marshmallow were used as tasting note descriptions.

Brewed very cleanly every time in my Hario Switch.
