Red Brick Espresso

Really enjoyable espresso. Smooth, balanced, and easy to drink, with plenty of flavor without being overly acidic or bitter. Great as a daily espresso and excellent value for a specialty coffee.

Square Mile Coffee - Red Brick Espresso

I always enjoy blends from Square Mile Coffee—this one is caramelly and chocolaty. I also like that it comes in the 350 g size.

Excellent with milk.

I'm a cortado guy for the most part and was pleasantly surprised by this coffee. It is one of the better of the "classic" vibes as far as medium roasts go. It's not the most exciting bean as a straight shot of espresso, but with milk, it taste exactly how you'd expect it to taste. It's not breaking free from the norms, it's not experimenting with funky flavors; it just basks in it's classic vibes and leaves you wanting to make a second cortado before the first one is even finished.

Square Mile Coffee – Red Brick Espresso

I didn’t know espresso could taste like joy in a cup until I met Red Brick from Square Mile Coffee. Honestly, this stuff made my morning routine feel like a celebration instead of a cry for help.

First sip? Boom—bright, juicy red berries high-fiving your taste buds. Then a smooth chocolatey hug comes in like, “Hey, we’re all good here.” It’s got that sweet citrus kick that wakes you up better than your 47 snoozed alarms ever will. No bitterness. No drama. Just pure, caffeinated happiness.

Pulled it as a shot? Divine. In milk? Even better. I made a flat white that tasted like something you’d pay £5 for in a hip café where everyone wears beanies and talks about tasting notes like they’re sommeliers. And yes—I’m that person now.

TL;DR: Red Brick is what happens when coffee gets its life together. Add it to your rotation. Your taste buds (and probably your personality) will thank you.

Red Brick from Square Mile is really quite amazing.
To me, it's the perfect medium roast.
Not dark, Not bitter, just warm and creamy.
The hazelnut really comes thru when you add a bit of sea salt.
Well done.

Really quite good

A very solid medium roast, quite good on its own or with milk. After focusing more on lighter roasts for some time with little notable success), a classic medium profile is very pleasant.

Solid profile

Medium dark roast blend with notes of chocolate, vanilla and orange. Great in milk based drinks

Thanks to eight Ounce

Glad I finally got to try some Square Mile. The coffee was fine but certainly nothing beyond what the better Canadian roasters are producing.

Really good with milk

This coffee works really well with milk beverages.

I don’t usually go for light roasts and I’m still experimenting with this one but I quite enjoy the taste and subtle undertones. Great alone and for lattes.
