Exquisite...but tricky to brew!

I love this coffee. Truly one of my favourites. But it can be a little tricky to brew. After a lot of experimentation, I've found that brewing slightly coarser than usual, using 202F water, and a 1:17.5 ratio is the sweet spot. The flavour is intense even with this, but very delightful.
