We work hard to have a rotating selection of freshly roasted coffee; however, sometimes the coffee ends up on our shelves for longer than we intended.

Our team here strongly believes that with the airtight sealed bags with one-way valve packaging that you see small roasters using today, you can enjoy an un-opened bag of coffee well past 10 or even 20-weeks past roast date, we still aim to reduce pricing by 20% for any bags of coffee once they are 6-weeks past roast.

Please note that unless otherwise indicated, all coffee is sold as whole bean. Due to health and safety protocols, we are not able to grind whole beans prior to shipping.
