Jindo Coffee - Long Island Cola
COF-JD-0002This coffee originates from Fazenda Um, the family farm of the 2023 World Barista Champion, and is grown at an altitude of 1100 meters above sea level in Minas Gerais, Brazil. It is a naturally processed Ethiopian Wush Wush variety, named Long Island Cola for its blend of bergamot black tea and robust cola sweetness, with hints of fruits. Fazenda Um, established in 2009 on an abandoned farm in Southern Minas Gerais by Stefano Um, who was inspired by memories of his childhood in South Korea, aims to produce high-quality coffees despite being non-traditional coffee farmers. Acquired in 2011, the farm now focuses on cultivating exceptional coffees, benefiting from the region's distinct and complex terroir known for producing some of Brazil's finest coffees.
